Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your CW jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, we oﬀer a 14-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

How to return a purchase:

1. Contact us at mail@ceedoubleuproject.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your item. Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Return your item via registered post (at the customer’s expense) to our Atelier or directly come by the Atelier to drop it oﬀ. Returns shipped from outside Switzerland may be subject to duties and taxes. These must be paid in advance by the sender. If packages arrive with unpaid duties or taxes, we may refuse delivery and return the goods to the sender.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: Returns are only accepted if the item is in perfect condition without any signs of use and in its original packaging. If not, no return may be accepted. Gift cards, personalized, made-to-order, or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
