These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and services offered by Cee Double-u Project, Birmensdorferstrasse 379, 8055 Zurich, Switzerland (“we”, “us”, “CW”).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions in the version valid at the time of purchase.

2.1 By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a legally binding order.
A binding contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.

2.2 Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received.

2.3 All items listed as ready-made will be shipped within the stated timeframe.
Items marked as made-to-order or custom require additional production time.

2.4 If products become unavailable after ordering for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any payments already made will be refunded.

2.5 Our obligation is fulfilled when the package is handed over to the shipping provider.
Once shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by the transport company.

3.1 All prices are listed in CHF. As we currently do not charge VAT, prices are shown without VAT.

3.2 Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees — these are the full responsibility of the customer.

3.3 For shipments outside Switzerland, Swiss VAT is not charged. Local import duties may apply depending on your country.

We currently accept:

• PayPal

We reserve the right to decline certain payment methods.
Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank must be covered by the customer.

5.1 We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

• unworn

• undamaged

• in original packaging

• in perfect condition

5.2 To request a return, email us at mail@ceedoubleuproject.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5.3 The following items are non-returnable:

• custom pieces

• made-to-order items

• personalized jewelry

• repaired or altered items

• gift cards

5.4 Return shipping costs, duties, and any additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Shipping costs, duties and fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that:

• show signs of wear

• are damaged

• arrive without original packaging

7.1 All pieces are handcrafted and may show slight variations in shape, finish, or texture — this is part of their unique character, not a defect.

7.2 Customers must inspect delivered items within 5 business days and notify us of defects with photos via email.
If no notice is given within this period, the item is considered accepted.

7.3 We offer repairs or re-polishing for CW pieces.
Warranty does not cover:

• normal wear

• improper care

• tarnishing

• damage caused by impact, chemicals, or misuse

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
Any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

We are not responsible for:

• delays caused by carriers

• third-party errors

• indirect or consequential damages

All jewelry designs, imagery, website text, branding, and content belong to Cee Double-u Project and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.

For consumer contracts, the courts at the consumer’s domicile in Switzerland have jurisdiction.

We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase applies.
